Founding Attorney · Former CSPD Lieutenant
Donnie graduated from Texas A&M University and served more than 20 years as a police officer with the College Station Police Department — patrol officer, detective, sergeant, and finally lieutenant over the criminal investigations division. He then attended South Texas College of Law and was licensed to practice in Texas.
Before opening his own firm, he spent eight years practicing criminal defense at The Law Office of Shane Phelps, P.C., representing clients accused of everything from minor in possession to murder and trying numerous cases to a jury. He gives clients his cell number so they can reach him by phone.
Attorney · Former Prosecutor
Adam earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets, and his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston. He then served as a prosecutor in both Harris County and Brazos County.
He handled cases from filing through trial, giving him firsthand insight into prosecutorial decision-making, law enforcement procedure, and evidentiary strategy. Adam has tried multiple cases and defends clients accused of DWI, drug offenses, and a wide range of misdemeanor and felony charges.

Jeanne Andreski graduated from Texas A&M University in 2005 and went on to spend 20 years working at the university before retiring to join the firm full time.
As office manager, Jeanne keeps the practice running: she is often the first person a client speaks with, and she makes sure calls are returned, appointments are set, and nothing falls through the cracks.
